For our Super Pan and Super Pot we have a 1 year limited warranty program

What is covered?

• Materials and workmanship - Any manufacturing defects within the construction of cookware and/or material defects that impact cooking with the cookware
• Blistering, peeling or flaking of the non-stick coating under normal household use for the duration of the warranty period

What is not covered?

• Improper use of the product or misuse of the product for usage other than household cooking
• Failure to follow the usage and care instructions as outlined in the product manuals
• Normal wear and tear, staining or discoloration of nonstick
• Scratches from using sharp metal utensils
• Overheating or thermal shocks to the product
• Any modifications to the product

For our Olivewood Spoon and Spatula we have a 3 month limited warranty program

What is covered?

• Materials and workmanship - Any manufacturing defects within the construction of the utensil and/or material defects that impact cooking with the utensils
• Splintering or splitting of the wood from normal household use for the duration of the warranty period

What is not covered?

• Improper use of the product or misuse of the product for usage other than household cooking
• Failure to follow the usage and care instructions as outlined in the product manuals
• Normal wear and tear, staining or discoloration
• Damage caused from exposure to extreme temperatures, prolonged immersion in water or other harsh environmental conditions
• Any modifications to the product

For our Olivewood Tong we have a 3 month limited warranty program

What is covered?

• Materials and workmanship - Any manufacturing defects within the construction of the tong and/or material defects
• Splintering or splitting of the wood or major cracks in the steel handles from normal household use for the duration of the warranty period

What is not covered?

• Improper use of the product or misuse of the product for usage other than household cooking
• Failure to follow the usage and care instructions as outlined in the product manuals
• Normal wear and tear, staining or discoloration
• Damage caused from exposure to extreme temperatures, prolonged immersion in water or other harsh environmental conditions
• Any modifications to the product

For our Olivewood Utensils sets like Kitchen Tools Trio and Five we have a 3 month limited warranty program

What is covered?

For our Knife Set and Block we have a 6 month limited warranty program

What is covered?

• Defects in Materials & Workmanship – Includes issues such as blade breakage due to faulty materials or manufacturing errors.
• Loose or Detached Handles – If the handle separates from the blade due to a defect.
• Corrosion or Rusting – Only if the knives have been used and maintained according to care instructions.
• Storage Block Defects – Structural issues with the wooden block, such as cracking or improper slot fitting.

What is not covered?

• Normal Wear & Tear – Scratches, discoloration, or minor dings from regular use.
• Improper Use – Includes but is not limited to:

1. Using knives to cut frozen foods, bones, or hard objects beyond their intended use.
2. Using knives as screwdrivers, pry bars, or for any non-culinary purpose.

• Improper Care & Maintenance – Including:

1. Damage from dishwashing (all knives should be hand-washed and dried immediately).
2. Storing knives wet or in humid conditions, leading to rust or deterioration.
3. Sharpening with improper tools or methods causing blade damage.

• Accidental Damage – Drops, impact damage, or misuse.
• Unauthorized Modifications – Altering the knife, such as reshaping, grinding, or engraving, voids the warranty.
