Shipping and Delivery
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping for orders of 50 SGD or above. For orders below 50 SGD there is a shipping fee of 5 SGD.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to Singapore and Malaysia. We are working to expand to more countries and soon should be able to add more.
How soon will I get my order?
Our shipping usually takes 2-3 days for Singapore. You will receive an email with the link to track your order once it has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with the tracking link. If you do not get an email you can write to us at carecrew@letshomebody.com with your order ID and we can help you.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we have a limited 14-day return policy. We accept returns of our products if they satisfy our policy as listed here
How do you decide on returns?
We accept returns of our products within 14 days of delivery if you encounter any manufacturing defects as covered in our returns policy. We evaluate every return thoroughly and reserve the right to reject return requests if they do not meet our criteria. Change of mind requests are not accepted under our returns policy.
How to initiate a return?
At any point of time within 14 days of receiving your product if you observe any issues outlined in our returns policy then you can write to us at carecrew@letshomebody.com. Mention your Order ID and the issue you are facing along with some photos and our care team will get in touch with you soon.
How long would it take for the refund to be processed?
Once your return has been approved and your product has been received by our team, your refund should be processed in 10-14 days to your original payment method or as store credit based on your preference.
