Returns

We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

We accept returns for products with any manufacturing defects within the construction of the product and/or major material defects that impair the use of the product.

Our return policy does not cover

  • Change of mind
  • Scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from improper or negligent use of the product and failure to comply with the use and care instructions including but not limited to using metal utensils for cooking, overheating the cookware, improper washing methods, and improper storage
  • Minor color or packaging differences from what's shown on our website or social media
  • Cosmetic exterior damages such as minor paint chips or scratches on the exterior of the cookware that do not affect the product's intended performance in terms of cooking

To initiate a return, just drop us an email at carecrew@letshomebody.com, including your order ID and a clear photo or video explaining the issues with the product within the 14-day return period. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and provide clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept any products shipped to us directly without us approving the return request.

While we typically don't accept change-of-mind returns, if you have a genuine reason for making the return, let us know, and we'll do our best to help you out.

We reserve the right to not issue a refund or exchange if the return is missing any products or the original packaging, or if the products have been damaged due to misuse or negligence, or for reasons that are not covered by our policy.
