Read along to discover which products are covered within our warranty program, and learn all about what it covers in terms of defects and our friendly return policies.

Super Pan and Super Pot
For our Super Pan and Super Pot we have a 1 year limited warranty program
What is covered?
- Materials and workmanship - Any manufacturing defects within the construction of cookware and/or material defects that impact cooking with the cookware
- Blistering, peeling or flaking of the non-stick coating under normal household use for the duration of the warranty period
What is not covered?
- Improper use of the product or misuse of the product for usage other than household cooking
- Failure to follow the usage and care instructions as outlined in the product manuals
- Normal wear and tear, staining or discoloration of nonstick
- Scratches from using sharp metal utensils
- Overheating or thermal shocks to the product
- Any modifications to the product
Olive Wood Spoon and Spatula
For our Olivewood Spoon and Spatula we have a 3 month limited warranty program
What is covered?
- Materials and workmanship - Any manufacturing defects within the construction of the utensil and/or material defects that impact cooking with the utensils
- Splintering or splitting of the wood from normal household use for the duration of the warranty period
What is not covered?
- Improper use of the product or misuse of the product for usage other than household cooking
- Failure to follow the usage and care instructions as outlined in the product manuals
- Normal wear and tear, staining or discoloration
- Damage caused from exposure to extreme temperatures, prolonged immersion in water or other harsh environmental conditions
- Any modifications to the product
Olivewood Tongs
For our Olivewood Tong we have a 3 month limited warranty program
What is covered?
- Materials and workmanship - Any manufacturing defects within the construction of the tong and/or material defects
- Splintering or splitting of the wood or major cracks in the steel handles from normal household use for the duration of the warranty period
What is not covered?
- Improper use of the product or misuse of the product for usage other than household cooking
- Failure to follow the usage and care instructions as outlined in the product manuals
- Normal wear and tear, staining or discoloration
- Damage caused from exposure to extreme temperatures, prolonged immersion in water or other harsh environmental conditions
- Any modifications to the product

HOMEBODY under no circumstances shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the cookware. HOMEBODY's liability will under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product.
